    It's good to hear from you again.

    I don't know to be honest, but you do have a point here. Perhaps it's related to socialism or whatever they were trying to show to the rest of the world what they can or have achieved. It's interesting to see that those earlier issues have Chinese characters writing on it, and then disappeared all together for the 1959 prints.
